Thoughts:
Despite the length of that list, it’s really not the strongest line up is it? A lot of these selections are not acts I know and love, but ones I want to see or experience based on hype and/or reccomendations. I would wager in previous few years this list would be twice as long.
Of course, from prior experience of the four or five glastonbury’s I’ve been lucky enough to go to. The best experiences are invariably those things you do not expect or plan for, but discover on the site through chance or circumstance.
Come end of June, I will still wish I am there, sitting round a fire with a few drinks, stumbling into strange walking performance art troupes, looking for our previously made clay models, drinking pear cider and listening to jazz into the sunshine, and finding something new with a pleasing hum in my ears.
